Win a Year’s Supply of Jungle Squad Cakes Competition T&Cs

  1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Imaginakery Limited, trading as Jungle Squad, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 14977878 with registered office at 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB (the “Promoter”).
  2. The prize draw is free to enter and open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
  4. Participants may enter once only per email address during the promotional period using one of the following methods:
    1. Website entry: Complete and submit the sign-up form on the Jungle Squad landing page at www.junglesquad.com; or
    2. Social media entry: Complete and submit the official Meta lead generation form linked from Jungle Squad’s official Facebook or Instagram accounts.
  5. The prize draw opens at 09:00 (UK time) on 22nd April 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30th June 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or not successfully submitted or received by the Promoter due to technical faults, network failures, hardware or software malfunction, or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  7. Five (5) winners will receive a Jungle Squad Cake Bar Box once a month for 12 months (x6 5 packs of cake bars in either strawberry or lemon flavour). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
  8. Five winners will be selected at random, once every 2 weeks from all valid entries using a computer-generated random draw on these dates: 6th May, 20th May, 3rd June, 17th June and 1st July 2026 (the “Draw Dates”).
  9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  10. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification and provide a valid UK address for prize fulfilment.

    If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, fails to provide the required information, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  11. The prize will be sent out to the winner(s) to the address provided.
  12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@junglesquad.co.uk within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4.

    If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email at info@junglesquad.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. Personal data provided by entrants will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose unless the entrant has given explicit consent.
  14. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or to withhold the prize from any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who it reasonably believes has attempted to undermine the fair operation of the prize draw.

    The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law or is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the entrant’s statutory rights.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
  17. The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Entrants resident in Northern Ireland may additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable under Northern Irish law.
